Store on the counter until ripe, once ripe refrigerate for 3-4 days.
Avocado turns brown when exposed to oxygen. Wrapping your avocado or guacamole will prevent browning.
Peel, cut in half, remove pit and purée. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice for each avocado. Pack, seal and freeze.
