Refrigerate in original packaging or inside an airtight container.
Store bacon grease in a container in the refrigerator to use for cooking.
If unopened wrap in heavy duty foil. If opened layer slices between wax or parchment paper and wrap tightly and freeze in a freezer bag. Freeze 1-2 months.
