Refrigerate in a drawer. Wash and shake to remove excess water just before using.

Trim stems and place herbs in a glass with 1 in of water. Cover glass loosely with a plastic bag and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Change water daily.

Mix 1 tbsp. chopped basil leaves with 1-2 tbsp. olive oil. Freeze. Use within 3-6 months.
