Wash and shake to remove excess water just before using.

Trim stems and place herbs in a glass with 1 in of water. Cover glass loosely with a plastic bag and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Change water daily.

Freeze herbs at peak freshness, use within 3-6 months, use in cooked dishes only (texture will change as a result of freezing)
